We stayed at U Residence for our stopover in Krabi and it was a delightful experience. the hotel's decor and furnishings had a traditional Chinese home feel, which we found charming. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and suggestions for evening walks. They even assisted us in arranging our ferry journey and pick up for our tour of Ko Lanta. the beds were comfortable, the rooms clean, and breakfast was good. we were impressed with the hotel's style, location, and value for money.

Nothing to dislike about U Residence.

the location was really great, stuff was very kind. arun restaurant, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel.

The location was super rad, just a hop and a skip away from Chao Fah Park Pier and Krabi Pier. We got our adrenaline pumping at Chaloem Rattanakosin Sports Stadium and soaked up awesome vibes at Wat Kaew Korawaram. The property had cable TV for our entertainment and we could even surf the web - perfect for keeping up with our social media game.

If I had to ask for one thing to make our stay even better, it would be a better selection of nightlife activities nearby. We're young party animals looking to dance the night away, and we had to venture a bit further for some wild fun.

The hotel had a beautiful decor, with great attention to detail. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us in planning our day trips and even arranged a tour for us. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was centrally located in the town.

One downside of the hotel was the lack of an elevator. It was a bit challenging to carry heavy bags up the winding staircase.

As a stopover on our journey to Phi Phi, we stayed at this cosy and unique hotel. The staff provided fantastic service, offering helpful information about the area and arranging our boat trip. The quiet ambiance allowed for a relaxing stay, and the made-to-order breakfast was delicious. The hotel's attention to detail in decoration created a great atmosphere. Its central location made it convenient for exploring the city center and nearby attractions. a great experience.

Beautifully decorated hotel with helpful staff, excellent wifi, and nice bathroom. Conveniently located near restaurants, pubs, markets, and the river. Lovely breakfast and 24-hour concierge.

From the jaw-dropping location to the mind-blowing design and unbelievable price, this charming little place exceeded all expectations. My small, yet cozy room had everything I needed, including a cute bathroom and a charming balcony with mesmerizing sunset views. The staff were super helpful, organizing our boat trip to our next destination. The breakfast, made to order and fresh, was a pleasant surprise. With comfy beds, welcoming staff, and a perfect location near the night-food market, this place felt like a boutique inn at a hostel price. Highly recommended for a super satisfying stay!

Traveling for 2 nights, we found U Residence a charming and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and informative service. The tranquil riverside location made for a peaceful stay. The breakfast, made to order, was delicious and served promptly. The décor and ambiance of the hotel added to its charm. Enjoyed choosing my trips at the tour desk, and the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch. The shared lounge and terrace provided a pleasant space for chilling.

Just loved finding out the fire extinguisher, security system, and first aid kit! Such a delightful surprise!
